Preventative maintenance on our UUD heat pump heating good. Defrost working. Capacitor good. Electric strips working. 10 KW. Drain working good. Coils clean. Filter clean. Slight mold growth inside of air handler. Would recommend UV light to prevent further spread of this mold.

After hour emergency call. Ruud 14 SEER heat pump freezing up. x13 Blower motor was bad causing unit to freeze. System was under warranty. Since install in 2016 unit has no place for filters. Added filter rack and cleaned evaporator coil. Added P trap and cleaned drain line. System working great now.

2000 Rheem heat pump not cooling
System running as good as possible. System 25 years old. Filter was extremely dirty possibly causing it to not work as well on hotter days. Refrigerant was close to what it should be. Recommend looking into a new system since old system is 25 years old.

Blower control board was bad in Goodman unit. Overflow pan was also filled up causing pan switch to shut it off. Thermostat was also the wrong type of thermostat for this unit. Replaced control board pulled all the water out and flushed the drain. Also swapped to a new Honeywell T4 thermostat. System running good and cooling now

Drain clogged up water overflowed in the pan. Old pan switch was not good. And did not work caused overflow. Replaced with new pan switch and tested and it cuts off and works good.
