By far best HVAC service Ive had. Found out our unit wasnt working got in touch with them and they came out the next day and found my problem. Taylor and I talked and I decided to go ahead and replace the whole system since my other had age and what the parts was going to run to get it back up and running. The very next day they was here at 8:30 putting in a new system. Everyone from his team I spoke with was very professional and I couldnt be happier with the service I received and I will recommend to anyone that needs HVAC work.They were very clean with the install worked with me in every step of the way.

So our heat was on the fritz and we knew we needed a new unit. Called and got 3 quotes and Taylored Air was the best price of the 3 for what I consider a superior system. Great communication and helpful as I was switching from gas heat to electric reluctantly in order to get the tax rebates. I was assured I would be happy with the new high efficiency electric heat pumps. I agreed and they noticed our main duct was made of duct board which is prone to hold moisture and mold so we opted to replace all the duct work as well. Still came in cheaper than a competitor who priced just the unit! I set up to get an estimate on a Tuesday and they called Monday offering to come take a look. By 3:30 on Wednesday we had a whole new system flawlessly installed! And let me tell you, Im a hard guy to please but I couldnt find one single thing to complain about! I couldnt believe how quickly and professionally my system was installed. If you need a system or even just service I trust these guys more than anyone out there. Every call returned, every text responded to super quickly. Give these guys a shot they are amazing! Pictures are in order from removal to final installation. And I couldnt believe how quiet this thing is. Cant even hear it run! Thanks everyone who helped! You made our winter (and since we live in NC some AC was ran lol) more than comfortable!

Call Taylored Air at 8am on a Monday -was at the house by 12pm the same day to assess the issue. Replaced the part and called the A/C company to check on warranty. Chase was my technician and he was friendly, explained the issue, was fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Taylor Air LLC came to our rescue this summer! When the AC unit for Fausto Coffee died the week before the 4th of July and temps were rising, it took just call to Taylor Air to have an in person visit and quote. Within a week we had a new AC unit installed and were back to business as usual. Taylor came to my home to give me an estimate for new HVAC system. I was given several fair estimates.He was able to install my system without hardly any wait. The install crew who came to my house were polite, friendly and efficient. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Our system was 23 years old. We knew the time for a replacement was coming soon. It started making noise so we decided to get some quotes. I filled out the online form to request a quote. Taylor contacted me and was able to come out the same day to talk with me about my needs and have a good look at my system. We discussed options that would be good for our home. Within a couple hours I had an email with options and quotes. (I did reach out to a big company for a quote, they couldnt even come out to sell me anything for another 10 days! How long would it take if I had a problem that needed urgent attention?) I had some questions and Taylor was quick to respond to me with the answers. I let Taylor know on Friday what system we wanted to go with. He had it scheduled for Monday morning! His team of 3 along with an electrician arrived ready to go. Taylor also stopped by. Everyone was very professional and friendly. When changing out the thermostat they made sure I knew how to work the new one. They completed the job and took me on a walk thru to show me all they had done. We had them move the outdoor unit to the side of the house instead of the back of the house. They also gave us the option to mount the unit to the side of the house. We did and really like it that way. The work looks great! Under the house is neat and tidy. Even corrected a couple flaws that were present from the old system. They cleaned up their workspace and took all the packaging with them. I 100% will be recommending them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We are so thankful to the TayloredAir team for coming out and replacing our unit that went down in this summer heat. They were quick and efficient and took the time to explain the new system to us as well. We’ve called on them for help with our heating and cooling every that we’ve needed assistance and they’ve always done right by us, will definitely continue to use them in the future for sure.

Called TaylorAir when our a/c stopped working in the hottest day of the year so far. They scheduled an appointment in our window of time we could be there. They send you text to remind you and show up on time. The servicemen are very kind and polite. The repair cost less than the initial estimate. This is my second time to use them and plan to never call anyone else.

Called set up appointment, very easy, had a call back said they will be able to move appointment up from a 4pm to a 8am time. Service guy came on time of appointment and trouble shooted the unit both outside and one under home. Found the issues very fast within the first 30mins, repaired and replaced bad parts. Back up and going within a hour of his arrival. Great service guy, knew what he was doing and had all the parts to complete the job. Will use Taylored Air again in the future if and when needed. When it got warm we cut the AC on and it was blowing hot air, Taylored Air came out and determined that the thermostat that my husband replaced in the winter was not programmed correctly. Chase programmed it, checked out the unit and we now have AC. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great experience! My heat/AC was fixed the same day I called! The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me and discussed prices before he fixed the problem. Called Taylored Air after my heat pump stopped working. I never worked with them before, and was sure I would have to wait a long time to get service. They were wonderful to work with, from calling and reporting the issue to the technician coming out that afternoon to fix the problem. I am so relieved to have found such a great company to handle my HVAC needs. The company I was working with before has yet to even call me back after I reported no heat 2 days ago on a system they put in just a few years ago. Taylored Air, Lincolnton NC, is a life saver!! In late Dec 24, we finished renovating an old, small house for an elderly realtive to find the baseboard heaters no longer worked. The Taylored rep came out on a Sun to view the space, then gave us a workable, budget friendly solution. We were in business within a few days. We used an electrician they had and they were gracious enough to do that bill thru there billing system. Speaking of that, they have an outstanding billing system. Nice people, great staff, easy online interface, outstanding & efficient work. Best ever!!
