Bad capacitor on outdoor unit. Replaced capacitor system running good now. 87° in house. System cooling down now. Recommended cleaning out drain pan and coils. Customer said he would take care of it.

Nest thermostat was bad replaced it with his old thermostat

Daikin Every system running good. Refrigerant good. Coils clean. 2 minspilts were leaking one was hose has loose hose clamp and was leaking. Other one was no zip tie on hose going to pump causing to leak. Washed all mini split filters.

Clogged drain because of homemade pTrap. Replaced P trap with our EZ traps system draining good now.

System was freezing up. Checked the filter clean coil clean refrigerant charge good. Contactor had wear marks on it. Could have been getting stuck. Replace contactor system running 17° split temp. Good man has furnace

System had clogged inside of P-trap. System overflowing into return box then leaking into pan. Cleaned out P-trap system drain good and pumping out as should. Ruud heat pump

System had no issues. And cooling good. Condensation was dripping off of suction line. Taped up suction line and secured good to where it will no longer drip. 20° split temp refrigerant good

Installed two phenomenal air cleaners. Added one return. Added three supply runs that go into attic. To condition attic space. System running very good cooling good.

Drain was clogged up and caused water to go into pan instead of pump. Cleaned out drain and vacuumed all of water out of pan system running good now.

2000 Rheem heat pump not cooling System running as good as possible. System 25 years old. Filter was extremely dirty possibly causing it to not work as well on hotter days. Refrigerant was close to what it should be. Recommend looking into a new system since old system is 25 years old.

Drain line was extremely clogged. Redid entire drain line including new easy trap. System draining very good.

Defrost control board was bad in 2006 ruud system. Replaced defrost board system running good.

Nothing leaking under the house. Some of the ducks insulation were off. I taped those back up. Water in front yard may be from leaky pipe underground.

Replace the Duke energy power limiter. Connected yellow wire straight to thermostat wire. And capped off duke power connections with wire nuts.
